job description -

responsible for multi plant management activities . manufacturing (production,

planning, raw material planning, maintenance etc.)

? people (man) management, inventory management, npd, customer interface.

? handling the full-fledged plant operations and improving the various performance

metrics.

? to ensure that the desired output from plant is achieved at optimal cost, time and

quality.

? hands-on experience in fabrication industry (heavy & medium fabrication) using laser

cutters, bending, welding etc.

? experience in batch production in ms, ss, al parts.

? ability to handle end to end operations of 70-80cr business.

? work effectively with supplier quality/manufacturing to ensure for manufacturing and

able to meet quality requirements.

? good knowledge on fabrication, welding fixture, assembly fixture, machining fixture,

gauge & gd&t tolerance stack-up analysis, weight reductions.

? exposure to lean manufacturing
