People (Man) Management, Inventory Management, NPD, Customer Interface.? Handling the full-fledged plant operations and improving the various performancemetrics.? To ensure that the desired output from plant is achieved at optimal cost, time andquality.? Hands-on experience in Fabrication Industry (heavy & medium fabrication) using lasercutters, bending, welding etc.? Experience in Batch Production in MS, SS, Al parts.? Lead AS9001 and NADCAP certification ( Process Quality , IATF / ISO Certification Must have worked and handled IATF or ISO documentation ) 2 Manage QC team and its day-to-day activities.3. Must have hands-on experience as Management representative for a AS 9001certified company and should have successfully faced at least 1 audit for AS9001 certification.4. Must have handled a team of 5-6 QC engineers, technicians and managed allday to day functions of QC department.5. should be conversant with FARO Arm, NDT testing. NDT class 1 certificationis preferred.6. should have workedwith LRTM, RTM, Infusion, prepreg molding processes.7. Manpower handling, training and proven leadership ability.8. Good Knowledge of finishing, painting and assembly technique..9. Work Experience 4-7 years, with previous job in composites, plastics or prototyping industry
