Plant Accountant - Full Time

A Packaged Drinking Water Plant Accountant manages the financial operations, raw material and packaging inventory, production cost calculations, and statutory compliance for a bottled/packaged water manufacturing facility.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain daily and monthly reconciliations for raw materials, packaging supplies (bottles, jars, labels, corrugated boxes), and finished goods stock in the warehouse.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification vs. ERP/book stock and report shrinkage or damage.

• Coordinate with procurement to track vendor invoices for raw materials and packaging.

Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR)

• Handle day-to-day vendor payments (raw material suppliers, transporter/logistics contractors, utility bills).

• Manage distributor and retailer billing, track incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding credit balances.

• Verify daily cash and bank receipts from plant sales or local dispatch.
