Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, well-organized, and professional Personal Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our senior management team in Agra. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage schedules, calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior executives.

Handle confidential correspondence and ensure efficient document management.

Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transport, and preparing travel itineraries (both domestic and occasional international).

Maintain records, files, and databases with precision and confidentiality.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for meetings, conferences, and events.

Draft emails, reports, and minutes of meetings with a high degree of accuracy.

Perform general secretarial duties including answering phone calls, managing office supplies, and organizing files.

Ensure professional grooming and a polished appearance at all times.

Skills Required:

Excellent Secretarial and Organizational Skills

Strong knowledge of Basic Computer Applications (MS Office, Email, Calendar tools)

Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Ability to handle Travel and Accommodation Arrangements

High level of Discretion and Professional Grooming

Flexibility to Travel as required for meetings, events, or business coordination

Ability to work independently and handle pressure
