Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Personal Secretary to support daily operations in our office based in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will be a female with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Administrative Support:** Assist in managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence to ensure smooth office operations.

- **Document Management:** Prepare and manage important documents including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for easy accessibility and reference.

- **Communication Coordination:** Act as a point of contact between management and other team members, ensuring that information is shared effectively and in a timely manner.

- **Task Organization:** Help prioritize tasks and manage deadlines, ensuring that all assignments are completed on time and to a high standard.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of a 12th-grade education and possess strong organizational skills. Attention to detail is essential for managing documents and schedules. A proactive attitude and the ability to communicate clearly are important for effectively liaising between team members and management. Proficiency in basic office software is expected to support daily tasks.
