We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Personal Secretary to support our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Manage Schedule:** Organize and maintain the calendar of appointments, meetings, and deadlines to ensure effective time management.
- **Communication Handling:** Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- **Document Preparation:** Assist in creating, formatting, and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and projects.
- **Office Organization:** Maintain files and records, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
- **Meeting Coordination:** Arrange travel and accommodations, as well as prepare agendas and take minutes during meetings.
