We are looking for a dedicated Female Personal Assistant to support our team in Sector 3. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience and must have completed at least their 12th-grade education. This is a full-time office position.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Manage Schedule:** Organize and maintain calendars, including setting up appointments and meetings to ensure smooth daily operations.
- **Communicate Effectively:** Act as a point of contact between team members, clients, and suppliers, ensuring clear and prompt communication.
- **Prepare Documents:** Assist in creating and organizing important documents and presentations, enabling efficient workflow and easy access to information.
- **Handle Correspondence:** Manage incoming and outgoing messages, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- **Assist in Daily Tasks:** Help with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other duties as needed, supporting overall team effectiveness.
