We are looking for a dedicated Female Personal Assistant to support our team in Sector 3. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience and must have completed at least their 12th-grade education. This is a full-time office position.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Manage Schedule:** Organize and maintain calendars, including setting up appointments and meetings to ensure smooth daily operations.- **Communicate Effectively:** Act as a point of contact between team members, clients, and suppliers, ensuring clear and prompt communication.- **Prepare Documents:** Assist in creating and organizing important documents and presentations, enabling efficient workflow and easy access to information.- **Handle Correspondence:** Manage incoming and outgoing messages, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.- **Assist in Daily Tasks:** Help with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other duties as needed, supporting overall team effectiveness.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and clients professionally.- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, to assist in document preparation and data management.- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.- Dependability and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities as the role evolves.
