We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive
administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will have excellent
communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information
with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders- Assist in personal tasks and ad-hoc administrative duties- Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups
