💰 Salary: ₹22,000 Gross per Month

💼 Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

🗓️ Working Days: 6 Days a Week⏰ Shift: Rotational

📅 Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Day Off

📌 Job Responsibilities

Handle patient queries over calls and provide appropriate support.

Assist patients with appointments and service-related concerns.

Maintain patient records and update details in the system.

Resolve queries professionally and ensure a positive patient experience.

Coordinate with relevant teams to address patient concerns.

⭐ Requirements

✅ FRESHERS WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS&CONFIDENCE WILL BE GIVEN FIRST PREFERENCE.

🔴 FLUENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION IS MANDATORY.

Candidates with 6 months-1 year of relevant experience can also apply.

Basic computer te, patient, and customer-focused attitude.

Immediate joiners preferred.
