Looking For Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager with a diploma or Btech in electrial field and 1-2 years of relevant experience to oversee daily operations at our sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to managing teams and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Team Management**: Oversee a team of employees, ensuring effective communication and coordination to meet operational goals.

2. **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process enhancement and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the department.

3. **Inventory Control**: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels to meet demand without excessive surplus.

4. **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, presenting insights to management and suggesting improvements based on data analysis.

5. **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all operations meet quality standards and compliance requirements, addressing any issues proactively.
