Key Responsibilities
Lead administration & facility operations across offices
Manage workplace infrastructure, renovations & office expansion projects
Handle vendor management, procurement & contract negotiations
Drive cost optimization, compliance & operational efficiency
Oversee security, transport, housekeeping, cafeteria & workplace services
Manage corporate events, travel operations & leadership support
Ensure workplace safety, governance & risk management
Build scalable processes and automation-driven admin systems
Preferred Background
12+ years of experience in Administration / Facilities / Workplace Operations
Experience in corporate, fintech, IT, BFSI, or large organizations preferred
Strong exposure to infrastructure projects, workplace management & vendor governance
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management & project execution skills
