Handle client queries and ensure prompt resolution of operational concerns.

Maintain inventory of office supplies and assets.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Coordinate seating arrangements, cabin allocation, and space planning.

Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation.

Support accounts team with billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups if required.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and workplace efficiency.
