Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility/office.Ensure smooth functioning of housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.Monitor vendor performance and coordinate for timely services (AMC, pest control, IT support, etc.).Handle client queries and ensure prompt resolution of operational concerns.Maintain inventory of office supplies and assets.Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.Coordinate seating arrangements, cabin allocation, and space planning.Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation.Support accounts team with billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups if required.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and workplace efficiency.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Admin/Operations Manager who has the skills to operate and manage the following responsibilities -- Create a friendly office environment to facilitate high member satisfaction- Conduct tours for prospective members and leads.- Resolve issues between members quickly and in a manner that diffuses tension- Oversee new member onboarding and offboarding formalities.- Coordination & Negotiations with Vendors.- Proactive in resolving on site operations issues.- Enthusiastic in conducting and executing events in the facility.- Maximize up-time and availability of key facilities assets like the Wifi network, pantry, printers/copiers- Having basic knowledge related to IT.- Submit maintenance tickets for repairs to the facility and key equipment.- Ensure cleaning is conducted and managing the housekeeping & security staff.
