Operation Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and dynamic person who knows how execute projects with good coordination and is a fast learner. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer on this role. This is a role for managing operations and Installation of Smart Parking Management products and Gate Automation systems.

Experience: 1 to 4 years only

Education: Any (. or MBA -preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Technical Discussion: Doing technical discussion with clients and explaining execution plan.

Delivery Management: Coordinating with delivery counterpart to ensure timely delivery of material on site.

Planning Project Execution: Ensure effective planning of project to handover in time, with optimal use of resource time and in a cost-effective manner.

Execution of Project: Coordinate and be on site to facilitate installation.

Handover: Ensure effective on boarding of the clients to use our hardware and software including the configuration of and training on the software solution.

Account Management: Continually meet with the management and users of our software and maintain a strong relationship with them. You will be responsible for getting queries from the client related to the efficiency of our solution and first-hand user-feedback.
