Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all banquet operations, from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up.
Supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet functions.
Liaise with clients, event planners, and internal departments to understand event requirements.
Create detailed event execution plans and allocate staff accordingly.
Ensure the timely preparation of banquet halls, audio-visual equipment, and buffet/service setups.
Monitor staff performance and provide training to maintain high service standards.
Resolve any service or guest issues during events promptly and professionally.
Manage banquet inventory including linens, cutlery, glassware, and event supplies.
Control costs by minimizing waste and optimizing labor and resources.
Generate post-event reports and contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of banquet services.
