Accounting: Own the process of preparation of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow Statement, Cash Budget. Financial: Spearhead Capital Budgeting, Cost Control, Working Capital Management, Monitoring of Key Financial Ratio etc. Ensure availability of liquidity requirements. Yearly budget along with variance analysis Liaison with Banks: Maintain a healthy relationship with existing banks on board and develop arrangements with new banks to increase credit limits/ renewal of bank limits, ensure sufficiency of credit limits. Risk Management: Ensure compliance of the company and its facilities to all legal requirements and initiate renewal and new registrations as may become applicable Effectively liaise with auditors arrange to mitigate significant constituents of the Company s risk profile Monitor and escalate important issues to Directors Taxation: Has a sound knowledge and is able to guide Finance and Accounts team in all direct and indirect taxation matters such as for Customs, Excise, GST, Sales Tax etc. Logistics, Raw Materials, Inventories and Collection: Manage Account Receivables and Accounts Payable Track invoicing and ensure timely collection through regular follow up Strategy: Strategize to achieve financial objectives for the company. Provide big picture of macro environment and companies financial status during Board Meetings and otherwise on request Effective coordination with head departments (Sales, Procurement, Projects etc.) and periodically submit review and MIS to directors. To create control systems in order to monitor all day-to-day transactions of all divisions You will be responsible for planning of funds management Ensure, verification of all Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account Maintaining Books of Accounts as per Statutory Norms Control on Masters of Ledger Accounts & Groups You will be monitoring and improving systems for better control over purchase payments &expenses payments

Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.Accurately recording details of customers purchase orders.Processing all customer purchases accordingly.Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

Key responsibilities: Gathering information of clients, vendors and projects. Sharing daily work updates to clients. Updating daily expenditure of field team. Co-coordinating with the vendors and field-team to get daily progress in project. Attend calls and queries related to product and service provided by the company. Preparation of reports. Managing a database of vendors in each project location of India.Skills Required: Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office suite. Previous work experience as an office Executive. Good-level of written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. Familiarity with market research techniques. Good time management abilities. Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
