Interview For Reservation Executive || 12th Pass - Freshers

Job description:

ï‚· Handle calls from Client and make reservations onto the online portal.

ï‚· Allocation of reservation to Vendors.

ï‚· Confirm reservation details to Clients.

ï‚· Follow up with drivers for pre-journey confirmation as per fixed schedule and vehicle readiness.

ï‚· Update portal with dispatch details.

ï‚· Maintain strict SLA/TAT for all activities

ï‚· Attend to and provide customer with a solution to any queries/complaints.

ï‚· Must discuss every matter with its supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted.

ï‚· Coordinate with Vender management department and administrative department for

billing/vendor related queries.

ï‚· Should be confident in troubleshooting any such emerging queries and maintaining high

standards of Service.

ï‚· Prior Car Rental experience preferred.
