Nila Damle, the founder of Tapasya Kala Foundation, is an accomplished Kathak dancer trained under the tutelage of Taalmani Pt. Brijraj Mishra of the Banaras Gharana. With a strong foundation in the classical arts and a vision for holistic development, Nila has been instrumental in shaping the foundation into a beacon of empowerment and cultural preservation.

Tapasya Kala Foundation is a leading dance institute in Navi Mumbai. Over the last 20 years of its presence in the city, it has organised several festivals, workshops and seminars to propogate and promote Indian culture. One of our foremost objectives has been to give an impetus to the arts by providing opportunity and exposure to those who have taken to the arts seriously. By giving such talent an unbiased stage, we wish to encourage many more aspirants to take to the fold of art and artistic pursuit, thereby giving our future generations a sound aesthetic backing.
