Job Description

Roles & responsibilities

Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments

Handle phone calls, emails, and client communication

Maintain files, documents, and records (physical & digital)

Prepare reports, letters, and official documents

Coordinate with staff and management

Arrange travel, meetings, and office events

Data entry and database management

Maintain office records and documentation

Process invoices, bills, and basic accounts work

Handle internal operations and support front office

Update MIS reports and daily work status

Assist in HR/admin tasks if required

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)

Good communication (English + local language)

Typing speed & accuracy

Time management and organization skills
