responsibilities:
collecting office keys from home of owner and opening the office at 9:45 am, dusting to be done.
attending phone calls.
doing bank related work, such as depositing cheques/other documents in bank.
typing of letters, other formats as per requirement.
preparation of various statements required for filing . returns/any other work(guidance will be provided by us)
handle general administrative tasks as needed.
preparing tea/ coffee in coffee break.
qualifications
12th pass, any vocational course done- preferred
basic knowledge of ms excel and ms word(preferred not compulsory)
strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
willingness to learn and grow in the field of accounting.
