Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Handling: Greet walk-in visitors, clients, or vendors politely; answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate department.
Documentation & Data Entry: Maintain physical filing systems and perform basic data entry tasks (such as updating attendance logs, basic expense tracking, or client lists) using MS Excel or Word.
Office Maintenance & Inventory: Monitor and manage office utilities and supplies (stationery, pantry items, drinking water, printing paper). Coordinate reorders within budgeted limits.
Dispatch & Couriers: Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages. Maintain an accurate inward/outward register.
Coordination & Housekeeping Supervision: Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure that cabins, conference rooms, and the main office area remain perfectly clean and organized throughout the day.
Banking & Outdoor Errands: Handle occasional out-of-office tasks when needed, such as depositing checks at the bank, fetching vital prints, or picking up urgent office supplies.
Meeting Support: Organize sitting arrangements for internal meetings, schedule conference rooms, and arrange basic hospitality (tea/water) for guests.
