As an NDT Coordinator, you will play a vital role in conducting training at our Non-Destructive Testing Institute. With 5 to 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and ensuring compliance with industry standards.Key responsibilities include:- Facilitating and conducting training programs focused on non-destructive testing methods to enhance the skills of aspiring professionals.- Developing training materials and curricula to ensure effective learning experiences.- Monitoring and evaluating trainee performance to provide constructive feedback and support.- Maintaining compliance with ASNT Level 3 standards and promoting best practices in non-destructive testing.To be successful in this role, you are expected to have:- A solid understanding of non-destructive testing principles and practices.- A valid ASNT Level 3 certification, which is essential for conducting specialized training.- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with trainees and colleagues.- Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules and documentation.This position is a full-time, office-based role located in Greater Noida, India. You will be expected to travel occasionally as required by training demands. A laptop and mobile device will be provided for you to manage your responsibilities effectively. Your commitment and expertise will contribute to the development of a skilled workforce in the NDT field.

An NDT Engineer is responsible for performing non-destructive testing to evaluate the properties, integrity, and quality of materials, components, and structures without causing damage. The role ensures compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.Key Responsibilities:Conduct NDT inspections using methods such as:Ultrasonic Testing (UT)Radiographic Testing (RT)Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT)Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT/PT)Visual Testing (VT)Interpret test results and prepare detailed inspection reportsEnsure testing is performed as per applicable codes and standards (ASTM, ASME, ISO, etc.)Calibrate and maintain NDT equipmentIdentify defects, discontinuities, and non-conformities in materialsCoordinate with production, quality, and client teamsMaintain proper documentation as per National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) requirements (if applicable)Ensure compliance with safety procedures during testing operationsAssist in audits and quality system implementation
