Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems.
Assist in tracking operational activities and preparing dashboards.
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and clarifications.
Ensure timely submission of reports to supervisors.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of data at all times.
Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, browsing).
Good understanding of MS Excel (basic formulas and formatting).
Typing speed and accuracy.
Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass (HSC) or Graduate in any stream.
Additional Requirements:
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with focus and accuracy.
Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
