Job Description

- collect, process, and maintain data from various departments including sales, inventory, finance, and hr.

- prepare daily, weekly, and monthly mis reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.

- track pharmaceutical product sales, distribution trends, and stock movement.

- monitor inventory levels and provide alerts or reports for reordering or overstock situations.

- create and manage dashboards using excel, power bi, or relevant tools for real-time monitoring of key metrics.

- collaborate with sales, accounts, production, and logistics teams to gather and validate data.

- provide analytical support to management for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

- maintain master databases and ensure timely updates related to products, pricing, skus, and customer data.

- identify inconsistencies or anomalies in reports and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.

- assist in developing data-driven models and insights that support business goals.

- ensure all reports and dashboards comply with pharmaceutical industry standards and internal audit requirements.
