💼 Position: Merchandiser

🎯 Preferred Candidate: Experience handling leads from Buying Houses

Key Responsibilities

Handle and coordinate leads received from buying houses and follow up with buyers.

Communicate with buyers regarding new orders, product specifications, samples, and requirements.

Coordinate with sampling, fabric, trims, production, and quality teams.

Follow up on sample development, approvals, costing, and order confirmations.

Prepare quotations, costing sheets, order sheets, and merchandising reports.

Monitor order progress from sampling to production and final shipment.

Ensure product quality and timely delivery as per buyer requirements.

Maintain strong professional relationships with buying houses and clients.

Required Skills&Qualifications

Relevant experience in garment merchandising or an apparel export house.

Experience handling buying house leads and buyer coordination is preferred.

Good knowledge of garment manufacturing, fabrics, trims, sampling, and production processes.

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel and merchandising documentation.

Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
