Job Title: Medical Representative
Location: Nagpur
Experience: 2 to 5 Years in Surgical Products, Healthcare Industry and retailed to field
Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive sales and achieve targets while increasing market share in the assigned territory
Promote surgical products to doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and procurement teams
Build and nurture strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
Conduct hospital visits, product demonstrations, and clinical presentations
Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities
Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM records, and sales forecasts
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and internal teams for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical, or related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to drive decisions
Sound knowledge of surgical products and their clinical applications
Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools
