URGENT HIRING for NURSE/MLT/RADIOGRAPHER in Singapore, Dubai, United Kingdom, United states, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Germany, Canada, Australia.

Overview :

Maintain and organize both electronic (EHR/EMR) and physical patient files, including admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Verify that all patient information (diagnoses, treatments, tests) is accurately entered, complete, and updated.

Provide timely access to records for authorized healthcare professionals, researchers, and for insurance/billing purposes.

Conduct quality checks, perform audits, and generate reports/statistics for hospital management and quality improvement.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS DIPLOMA

EXPERIENCE: FRESHERS/ EXPERIENCE
