Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize and maintain medical records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient information, including diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes.
2. Retrieve and file records: Retrieve patient records as needed for healthcare providers, and file records in the appropriate location after use.
3. Ensure confidentiality: Follow strict protocols to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
4. Input data accurately: Enter new patient information into the electronic health record system with precision and attention to detail.
5. Assist with record audits: Support internal and external audits by providing requested medical records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Expectations:

- 2-8 years of experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding.
