bachelor/master of mechanical / mechatronics engineering

minimum 8 years’ core experience in mechanical design of

? special purpose automation machines

? robotics/ gripping systems and overall robotic cells

? material feeding mechanisms, conveyors

? material handling pick/place and assembly systems

must have gone through the following responsibilities

? understanding requirements from sales/marketing/clients

? drafting the required design specifications

? making drawings/layout for concept approval / detailed design approval

? liaising with vendors for components selection, purchase and fabrications/machining

? helping the assembly team in explaining and guiding for the assembly

? liaising with control engineers for the working processes/sequences

? making sure the designed system to meet performance requirements

proficient in

? creating bom, assembly drawings, part drawings, machine working sequences

? latest versions of solid works , acad

? msoffice

? documentation of manuals

age : 35 and above
