Job Description:

DYNARM is a progressive firm providing services such as waterproofing and other protective treatments for large and medium-scale construction projects in all segments (residential, commercial, IT, retail, hospitals, hospitality, industrial, and education) in Karnataka, Kerala and Tamilnadu.

The requirement is for a smart, energetic, and dynamic Marketing Manager (or Engineer) based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Gender: Male (preferably residents of Bengaluru)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and meet builders & developers, contractors, structural consultants, architects, and property management consultants.

Understand the market and the primary need of the clients in relation to our services.

Conduct product research and market study and be up to date with the needs and changes of the industry.

Be up to date with technical knowledge and literature of products used by Dynarm.

Present company values, products, & services to prospective clients.

Build and establish rapport with key influencers or decision makers.

Prepare and send quotations, attend techno-commercial meetings, and close deals.

Ensure steady flow of qualified leads and business inquiries.

Be up-to-date on the progress of projects by regular interaction with our project-management teams on or off site.

Maintain client relationship and ensure client satisfaction with relation to quality of work and project schedule.

Attend client meetings at head office and at site as scheduled.

Build and educate self and teammates on business strategies, technologies, and services.

Maintain effective and timely communication with our management to assess business development.

Achieve the given business targets as specified by the management from time to time.

Send detailed activity reports on a daily basis via email.

Attend all internal business meetings held by us, which shall be intimated in advance.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

3+ years of business development, marketing, or sales of any product or service (preferably waterproofing products or construction chemicals).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

Civil Engineers (. or Diploma) preferred.

If candidate is experienced, incomplete graduation shall also be considered.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Flair and willingness for technical learning and Internet research.

Aptitude for quick comprehension.

Critical and analytical thinking.

People-management. Be comfortable interacting with and handling individuals of varying age groups and levels of clients' hierarchies.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English with a neutral accent is a must.

Fluency in Kannada and Hindi would be an added benefit.

Be proactive and independent in the development of business.

Be ethical and positive-minded.

Be willing to handle pressure and overcome challenges.

OTHERS

Own two-wheeler with valid licence.

Preferably own functional laptop and smartphone.

MS basics and tech-savviness.

Willingness to travel occasionally to other areas of operations.
