Job Title: Marketing Coordinator - Student Recruitment (Study Abroad)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and drive student recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, building institutional partnerships, and promoting our study abroad programs through outreach and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and approach students who are interested in studying abroad through online and offline channels.

- College Visits: Visit schools, junior colleges, degree colleges, and coaching centers to introduce our services and build relationships with key decision-makers.

- Workshops & Seminars: Plan and conduct engaging sessions, webinars, and seminars to inform students about overseas education opportunities.

- Client Communication: Reach out to prospective students and their families, understand their aspirations, and share tailored guidance on study options.

- Partnership Development: Liaise with colleges, career counselors, and educational institutions to build long-term collaborations.

- Event Coordination: Support the marketing team in executing education fairs, info sessions, and promotional campaigns.

- Follow-up & Reporting: Maintain a lead database, follow up consistently, and submit weekly progress reports.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Telugu + English preferred)

- Confidence in public speaking and student interaction

- Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities

- Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and educators

- Basic knowledge of overseas education processes (training will be provided)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor-s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field

- Experience in student recruitment or educational counseling is a plus

- Two-wheeler preferred (for local travel)
