Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and drive student recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, building institutional partnerships, and promoting our study abroad programs through outreach and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
�� Lead Generation: Identify and approach students who are interested in studying abroad through online and offline channels.
�� College Visits: Visit schools, junior colleges, degree colleges, and coaching centers to introduce our services and build relationships with key decision-makers.
�� Workshops & Seminars: Plan and conduct engaging sessions, webinars, and seminars to inform students about overseas education opportunities.
�� Client Communication: Reach out to prospective students and their families, understand their aspirations, and share tailored guidance on study options.
�� Partnership Development: Liaise with colleges, career counselors, and educational institutions to build long-term collaborations.
�� Event Coordination: Support the marketing team in executing education fairs, info sessions, and promotional campaigns.
�� Follow-up & Reporting: Maintain a lead database, follow up consistently, and submit weekly progress reports.
Key Skills Required:
�� Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Telugu + English preferred)
�� Confidence in public speaking and student interaction
�� Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities
�� Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and educators
�� Basic knowledge of overseas education processes (training will be provided)
Preferred Qualifications:
�� Bachelor��s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field
�� Experience in student recruitment or educational counseling is a plus
�� Two-wheeler preferred (for local travel)
