Key Responsibilities:

Corrective Maintenance: Diagnosing and repairing equipment breakdowns promptly and efficiently.
Inventory Management: Overseeing the storage, organization, and maintenance of tools, spare parts, and equipment within the maintenance store.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts usage.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and procedures.
Collaboration: Working closely with other engineers, technicians, and production teams to address maintenance needs and improve equipment reliability.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving complex equipment problems, often involving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Budget Management: Controlling maintenance costs and optimizing resource allocation.
Continuous Improvement: Analyzing equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Equipment Installation: Installing new equipment and systems as needed.
