We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Logistics Sales
Professional to drive growth by selling our comprehensive transportation and supply chain services.
The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities,
cultivate strong client relationships, and effectively manage
the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring operational excellence and client retention
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients needing logistics, freight, or warehousing solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as their primary point of contact.
Sales & Negotiation: Develop and present customized proposals, negotiate rates (staying current on market rates), and close deals.
Solution Selling: Educate clients on our services and develop innovative, cost-effective solutions for their supply chain needs.
Coordination: Collaborate closely with operations, carrier, and customer service teams to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, freight rates, and logistics best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or supply chain sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of transportation modes (truckload, LTL, etc.) and supply chain processes.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
