Roles and responsibilities:

Should have good coordination skills.

Preparation of domestic and international courier requests, Invoice, Eway Bills

Freight negotiation with transporter

Rate Finalization.

Coordination with Dispatch department and Sales Team.

To Ensure on-time delivery of Material at Customer end by regular follow-up.

Coordination with customer and shipping company

Preparation of Export documents

Maintain invoice, shipping bill, labels and other shipping docs.

Preparing monthly Reports
