Logistics Executive Fresher

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to join our team in Howrah. This role is suitable for candidates who have recently completed their 10th grade and have little to no experience in logistics. You will be responsible for various tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Coordinate Shipments:** Manage the scheduling and tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.

- **Inventory Management:** Assist in tracking inventory levels and communicate with suppliers and transporters to maintain adequate stock.

- **Documentation:** Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records to ensure proper documentation for all logistics activities.

- **Problem Solving:** Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the logistics process, including shipment delays or discrepancies.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments to improve logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring a seamless workflow.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills are essential, as you will need to use software for tracking shipments and managing inventory. Good communication skills are also important, as you will interact with various stakeholders including suppliers and team members.
