Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–5+ years in insurance sales, with a proven track record in team management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
CTC - 2,40,000 - 4,20,000 pa
Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and analytical skills.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of life insurance products and local market dynamics.

Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales agents to achieve sales goals.
Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed company business goals and KPIs.
