Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Executive to join our legal team. The Legal Executive will be responsible for providing legal assistance and support to the company€™s legal department, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with litigation matters. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Assisting the legal department in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies €¢ Conducting legal research and providing analysis on various legal issues €¢ Maintaining accurate and organized legal records and files €¢ Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders on legal matters €¢ Assisting with litigation matters, including document collection and review, and case management €¢ Providing general administrative support to the legal department, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars €¢ Staying up-to-date with legal developments and changes in laws and regulations

Qualifications:

€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field €¢ 2-3 years of experience in a legal support role, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm €¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills €¢ Strong analytical and research skills €¢ Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously €¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools €¢ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
