We are hiring for a fast-growing digital marketing company working with international clients, especially in the US market. The role focuses on generating high-quality B2B leads through targeted email marketing campaigns.

💼 Key Responsibilities

✔ Generate high-quality leads through email marketing campaigns (US market)

✔ Build and manage targeted email databases

✔ Execute bulk email campaigns using tools/platforms

✔ Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions)

✔ Work on lead nurturing and follow-ups

✔ Collaborate with sales team for qualified lead handover

✔ Maintain data accuracy and reporting

🧠 Required Skills

✔ Hands-on experience in Email Marketing / Lead Generation

✔ Good understanding of US market & B2B lead generation

✔ Knowledge of tools like Apollo, Mailchimp, Lemlist, etc.

✔ Basic understanding of Excel / Google Sheets

✔ Strong written English communication skills

✔ Ability to work in night shifts (US timing)
