Job Description (JD) for a Key Accounts Manager:

Job Title: Key ales Representative / Sales Executive / Sales Manager (depending on the level)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Key Accounts Managers to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is a front line sales opening.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

o Identify and target new business opportunities.

o Research and qualify leads through various channels (cold calling, email, networking, etc.).

2. Client Meetings & Presentations:

o Conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.

o Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

3. Sales Strategy Execution:

o Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.

o Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.

o Achieve yearly sales targets

4. Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

o Ensure excellent post-sale support and client satisfaction.

5. Negotiation & Closing Sales:

o Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals.

o Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead to contract finalization.

6. Sales Reporting & Documentation:

o Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

o Regularly report on sales performance and forecast future sales.

7. Collaboration:

o Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a sales role (typically 3-6years, depending on the level).

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build relationships and work with diverse clients.

- Familiarity with CRM software (., Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
