Key Account Manager Jobs For B.A Freshers

ClariFi is building India's credit card distribution infrastructure, connecting banks with people and platforms that drive credit card applications. You'll be the primary point of contact for our distribution partners, ensuring their queries are resolved, issues are escalated to the right teams, and commitments are followed through.

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Own day-to-day communication with distribution partners and respond to their queries.

2. Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners to resolve application, approval, tracking, and payout issues.

3. Track open issues, follow up proactively, and drive them to closure.

4. Monitor partner performance and identify recurring issues or opportunities for improvement.

5. Maintain accurate records of partner communication, issues, and resolutions.

6. Build partner trust through responsiveness, accuracy, and reliable execution.

We value ownership, problem-solving, and execution over credentials or years of experience. You should be comfortable taking responsibility for a problem even when the solution depends on someone else.

1. Strong problem-solving ability and sound judgment.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication.

3. Ability to understand a problem, identify the right stakeholders, and drive resolution.

4. High ownership. You follow through without needing constant reminders.

5. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reports.

6. Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities without letting issues slip.

7. Only for the candidates who are already graduated and have no academic commitments left now.

Note: We are 6 days working from office, based in Gurgaon. WFH/Remote/Hybrid won't work.
