Education and experience: LLB/ BA LLB - 1 - 2 years of experience in Litigation preferably (male candidate preferred) License: must be licensed to practice law in Maharashtra . Legal knowledge: should have a strong understanding of the law, including knowledge of relevant statutes, case law, and legal procedures, practiced in District Court, MSME, etc.Research skills: should be able to conduct legal research effectively, including using online legal databases and other resources.Writing skills: should have strong writing skills, including the ability to draft legal documents, such as briefs, motions, and pleadings.Communication skills: should be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in legal matters. Shall be fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English.Attention to detail: should be able to carefully review and analyze legal documents and other materials.Time management skills: should be able to manage their time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
