job summary:
we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven it sales team leader to manage and lead our sales team. the ideal candidate will have strong experience in it hardware/software sales, team management, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
key responsibilities:
lead, guide, and motivate the it sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
manage daily sales operations including cold calling, lead generation, and client follow-ups.
build and maintain relationships with it partners, resellers, and end customers.
support the sales team with negotiations, pricing, and closing deals.
train new team members on products, processes, and sales strategies.
monitor team performance using kpis and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
work closely with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth strategies.
ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
required skills & qualifications:
4–6 years of experience in it sales (hardware/software/networking products preferred).
minimum 1–2 years of experience in leading or supervising a sales team.
strong knowledge of it products (firewalls, switches, servers, licenses, networking equipment).
excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
proficiency in crm tools, ms office, and email communication.
education:
bachelor’s degree in any field (technical background is a plus).
working hours:
working days, monday to saturday
office time : 11:00 am to 8:00 pm ist
