Key Responsibilities

As an it Sales Executive, your responsibilities include:

* Project Planning and Execution: You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, setting targets, and executing plans to meet and exceed sales goals.

* Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Addressing client needs, resolving sales challenges, and making informed decisions to drive successful outcomes.

* Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with marketing, technical teams, and customer support to ensure seamless client experiences and sales processes.

* Process Improvement and Innovation: Identifying areas for sales process optimization, implementing innovative sales techniques, and staying ahead of industry trends.

* Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Engaging with clients to understand their requirements, offering IT solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing technical queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, IT solutions knowledge, data analytics tools, online collaboration platforms, and social media marketing.

* Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

* Experience Level: 2 years of experience in IT sales, proven track record in meeting sales targets, and experience in B2B sales.

* Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, problem-solving aptitude, leadership qualities, and adaptability to changing market scenarios.

* Industry Knowledge: Understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity trends, IT infrastructure, and familiarity with regulatory compliance in the IT sector.

Preferred Qualifications

Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred:

* Experience in selling IT solutions to Fortune 500 companies.

* Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies.

* Demonstrated success in expanding operations into global markets and implementing process enhancements.
