Key ResponsibilitiesAs an it Sales Executive, your responsibilities include:* Project Planning and Execution: You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, setting targets, and executing plans to meet and exceed sales goals.* Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Addressing client needs, resolving sales challenges, and making informed decisions to drive successful outcomes.* Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with marketing, technical teams, and customer support to ensure seamless client experiences and sales processes.* Process Improvement and Innovation: Identifying areas for sales process optimization, implementing innovative sales techniques, and staying ahead of industry trends.* Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Engaging with clients to understand their requirements, offering IT solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing technical queries.Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should possess:* Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, IT solutions knowledge, data analytics tools, online collaboration platforms, and social media marketing.* Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.* Experience Level: 2 years of experience in IT sales, proven track record in meeting sales targets, and experience in B2B sales.* Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, problem-solving aptitude, leadership qualities, and adaptability to changing market scenarios.* Industry Knowledge: Understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity trends, IT infrastructure, and familiarity with regulatory compliance in the IT sector.Preferred QualificationsAdditionally, the following qualifications are preferred:* Experience in selling IT solutions to Fortune 500 companies.* Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies.* Demonstrated success in expanding operations into global markets and implementing process enhancements.* Active participation in industry events, thought leadership activities, or publications.
