🎓 experience: 0–3 years (freshers can apply)

🕒 shift options:

day shift: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

night shift: 6:30 pm – 3:30 am

🔹 role overview

you will handle sourcing, resume formatting, interview coordination, and client follow-ups for . it roles. freshers will receive complete training to build it recruitment knowledge.

🔹 key responsibilities

source and match candidates for . it positions

modify/format resumes based on job descriptions

submit profiles, schedule interviews & manage follow-ups

maintain trackers and ensure smooth communication

learn it tools, technologies & job roles

0–3 years of experience (freshers welcome)

strong communication & follow-up skills

basic knowledge of . it staffing is a plus
