📍 Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)

🎓 Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)

🕒 Shift Options:

Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

🔹 Role Overview

You will handle sourcing, resume formatting, interview coordination, and client follow-ups for . IT roles. Freshers will receive complete training to build IT recruitment knowledge.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Source and match candidates for . IT positions

Modify/format resumes based on job descriptions

Submit profiles, schedule interviews & manage follow-ups

Maintain trackers and ensure smooth communication

Learn IT tools, technologies & job roles

🔹 Requirements

0–3 years of experience (freshers welcome)

Strong communication & follow-up skills

Interest in IT recruitment

Basic knowledge of . IT staffing is a plus
