Designation: Recruitment Executive/Sr. Executive Recruitment

Job Profile:

1) Understanding the client’s requirement

2) Sourcing CVs as per the clients briefing

3) Screening the sourced CVs

4) Interview coordination and status updates on recruitment software

5) Joining coordination

6) Maintaining various MIS

7) Achieving and exceeding the recruitment target month on month

Salary: 20k to 35k (Negotiable for best candidates)

Working Days and Hours- Mon to Fri (10am – 7pm), Saturdays (10am – )

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Desired Candidate Profile:

1) BE IT/BSc IT/ BTech IT/ BCA 2020, 2021 freshers.

2) For experienced, minimum 1 year recent experience in full time IT recruitment.

3) Experience in Consultancy preferred.

4) Excellent Communication skills in English.
