Key responsibilities:
1. Source potential candidates: Identify and attract qualified candidates for IT positions through various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. Screen and interview candidates: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for IT roles.
3. Coordinate interview process: Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring managers, and provide feedback to both parties in a timely manner.
4. Manage candidate pipeline: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Keep candidates informed about the status of their application throughout the recruitment process.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and recommend candidates that align with their requirements.
Required skills and expectations:
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 1-7 years of experience in IT recruitment.
2. Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies to effectively assess candidate qualifications.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
