Job Description

o Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system

o Be familiar with all hardware and software used in Resort

o Be familiar with network operating system

o Provide orientation to new users of existing technology

o Train staff about potential uses of existing technology ,updating software,



o Provide individual training and support on request



o Provide recommendations about accessing information and support



o Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources

o Troubleshoot all technology issues

o Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance

o Provide network access to guest and work station

o Provide network accounts and passwords as required

o Input and maintain IP addresses

o ability to install and administer computer

hardware, software and networks

o Troubleshoot the guest computer software and hardware problem and network related problem

o To help front office employee to check in and check out of guest.

a. To ensure that all check-ins and check-outs are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest
