Job Description

o troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system

o be familiar with all hardware and software used in resort

o be familiar with network operating system

o provide orientation to new users of existing technology

o train staff about potential uses of existing technology ,updating software,



o provide individual training and support on request



o provide recommendations about accessing information and support



o maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources

o troubleshoot all technology issues

o maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance

o provide network access to guest and work station

o provide network accounts and passwords as required

o input and maintain ip addresses

o ability to install and administer computer

hardware, software and networks

o troubleshoot the guest computer software and hardware problem and network related problem

o to help front office employee to check in and check out of guest.

a. to ensure that all check-ins and check-outs are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest
