Job Description

• Configure, maintain, and monitor servers to ensure high availability and optimal

performance.

• Troubleshoot server-related issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.

• Oversee and manage the hospital’s Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).

• Collaborate with radiology and clinical teams to ensure seamless integration and

functionality of the PACS.

• Perform routine checks, updates, and backups for PACS data integrity and security.

• Network and Hardware Maintenance:

• Manage the hospital’s IT hardware, including workstations, routers, switches, and other

peripherals.

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related

issues.

• Maintain detailed documentation of IT configurations, processes, and incident

resolutions.
