- Respond to and diagnose hardware and software problems reported by clients
- Install and configure hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Provide on-site support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in hardware and software support
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting techniques
- Proficient in software installation and configuration
- Ability to work on-site for on-site support as required
